what more can I do ??

sold a shirt "the purple bling" one and the buyer emails me says it isn't the color I stated and (I put right in the auction that this was a odd color and hard to get a true picture I stated it was a purple/plum and she says it a wine/merlot) and that it does not fit her so I email her back the same day 3/24 saying send it back for a FULL refund and I gave her my mailing address and now it's been well over a week and have never heard back from her at all. I have contacted her 4 more time & once to her direct email address asking her if she going to send back or not, have never got a response and have not received the item back yet.....and to top it off after going back and reading her feedback she is famous for giving lots of Neutrals and some Negatives........How in the Heck am I suppose to fix this problem when they won't commuicate back with me and I haven't received it back yet......thanks|||Do not email her again. At this point it could be considered harrassment. Don't do anything unless you hear from her or the shirt comes back. White and Black do, but those aren't subjective. Nor is 'fit' unless you sent the incorrect objective size different than that advertised.
