eBay Bucks and Bill Me Later?

Are purchases using Bill Me Later through Pay Pal still eligible for eBay Bucks? It says that only eligible purchases made through Pay Pal earn eBay Bucks, however, I know that Bill Me Later is a separate operating company even though it is also owned by eBay. Any help would be appreciated if anyone has actually tried this!!!!!|||Doubt it. Have you check into the interest rates fir BML?
