Buyers did not pay, can they still leave feedback?

Two different buyers bid on two different items over a week ago and never paid, i filed UID against both of them and each are ending in the next 2 days. I have a feeling that they will not pay, actually I am sure of it. I don't know why people do that it is very rude, and a waste of the sellers time and money. Anyways, if they do not pay, and I close their cases, can they still leave me feedback? Can I leave them feedback? or is that only possible if they paid? thanks|||Close the UIDs ASAP, 4 days to the minute after you started them, they'll be unable to leave feedback then. Unless the UID prompts them to pay, that does happen!|||A little off topic but I'm having trouble posting a new thread. I've just encountered the latest Bonehead maneuver by Ebay top brass. You can no long buy from ebay and pay directly using paypal. You must now go through some German company. So What? you might ask. Well, after numerous tries, I have found that the new process simply doesn't work, and the new site is DOWN. As Forest Gump said... Stupid is as Stupid does. I am coming to the conclusion that only Ebay Brass could continue to screw up the working simplicity of Ebay's original "ham sandwich". You will then need to contact ebay to get it removed.|||RE: Post #2 - You have either hit a seller who uses their own Checkout system or a scam. EBay does nto reuqire that you got hrough another site to pay. RE: Original topic - you can only leave positive feedback for buyers, never negative, and not a positive that states negative wording.
