I am converting to iPod for the first time. But before I purchase one, I have a problem that needs to be solved. I already converted my music to AAC at 256 kbps by using a special audio converter software before I downloaded iTunes. I have set the Import CD settings to AAC at 256 kbps. However, when any of the songs from my new CDs are copied, the iTunes program copies them in the m4a format. Does anyone know how I may be able to solve this problem? Thanks.
