Audio cd's cancel after just beginning ...

So I am continuously having a major problem with burning audio cd's. When i originally burnt my first cd's i was using vista 32 bit and had the same type of computer. Since then my computer broke and I purchased a new one with 64 bit vista and thought i should be fine, well i was wrong now every time i go to burn cd's off of my playlist(i even tried old playlists that worked before)it begins and initializes the playlist then says burning and instantly stops and cancels. Here is a list of what i tried and my configuration for itunes. If i can get any help i would be ever so grateful because no one knows whats wrong at all

Things I tried:
-checked cd to ensure it is blank
-tried multiple different blank cd's
-reinstalled itunes several times
-reinstalled dvd -RW driver
-tried different speeds, and seconds between combos
-contacted dell burner is working fine works with windows media played and just to drag and drop files and burn a cd
-uninstalling ATA controllers in device manager and reinstalling them
