I am having a little issue here. When I try to get the album work or the song names for my CD's, they tell me to log in. So I do and when I do, I get this message:
iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store.
Make sure your network connection is active and try again.
Obviously, my connection is active and I have shut off my computer once and still, tells me the same thing.
Any help is appreciated!
