I recently got a new hard-drive for my computer, and I also changed my email in my iTunes account. Now, iTunes is asking me to authorize my old songs with my old account email. Whenever I click "forgot password" for that email it sends me to a webpage saying "Sorry: unknown error occured." How do I get my "new" computer to authorize my old songs and videos?
