Help! I bought an album, but It is not ...

Ok so here is my problem.

Yesterday I bought an iTunes gift card of 15 dollars. I used my iPod touch to redeem the card.

Then, I used my sisters computer, opened up iTunes, clicked on "Store", searched for "FlowerPower" album, clicked on "Buy Now" and then there was a pop-up that said "You'r account is unavailable, try later" (Or something like that, I can't really recall). So after waiting for about 5 minutes I tried again, pressed buy now, press yes when it asked me if I wanted to buy it, and then it said that my current balance had not been updated. From 15.19 My balance went back down to 0.20 cents.

The album was not downloading or anything, I tried the "Check for available downloads" method but iTunes said that I had already downloaded all my purchases, which wasn't true.

I checked my purchased history and it said that my last purchase was on October 26th, which also wasn't true since I bought that album yesterday.

So to put it in one sentence, I bought an album (I did because I lost the money) but it is nowhere to be seen for download, or nothing specifies I even purcahsed it when I DID.

I really need some help, because it feels like I just threw my 15.00$ dollars away...
