I don't have a credit card, and I don't plan on ever getting one, unless someone puts a gun in my face and forces me to, and even then I'd probably prefer death...
I am aware of the existence of clickandbuy, and of iTunes cards.
Neither of those offer me a payment option that isn't credit cards. Clickandbuy stubbornly refuses to authorize iTunes for easy collect, unless i couple a credit card to my account (see paragraph 1 as to why this is impossible). And iTunes cards are only available in the Apple store (another brilliant marketing ploy no doubt!) which basically only accepts credit cards.
So what is this like a tripple redundant system to accept payments via credit card? Or am I just blindly missing the huge button labelled "click here if you are not a hamburger scoffing, credit card hoarding, financially reckless yank and want to buy our crap anyway"?! O.o
