Moved my Music and now my Playlists are ...

Hi All,
I moved my Music from one PC to another as per the instructions given in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1329?viewlocale=en_US . But after migrating I noticed that my playlists are missing. I see all the songs but my playlists are missing. can somebody please help me on this ? I had so many of them. Creating them all over again will take years
